“Wine Kakheti” story begins right from the day when we decided to make a wine with the unique knowledge and experience accumulated over a century. We started the selection of the best plots for the vine, based on the unique experience of the Institute of Viticulture and Winemaking. For now, Wine Kakheti make the wine from the grapes grown in Gurjaani, Akhmeta and Telavi regions. We are already getting the highest quality harvest of Saperavi, Rkatsiteli, Kakhuri Mtsvane, Kisi and Khikhvi.

Caring for the wine quality starts from the caring of the vine. Therefore, we brought the high quality vine saplings from the largest nursery in the world – Italian Vivai Raushedo. With a unique scientific experience, we planted a vineyard and began to care for the vines.

We know how to take care of the vine, how to protect it from the diseases, how to get high-quality harvest and how to make premium quality, authentic Georgian wine.

The quality of the grape and then the wine is guaranteed by the results of the experiments that have been carried out since 1921 at the Institute of Viticulture and Winemaking. Throughout the country, Georgian winegrowers, under the leadership of Solomon Cholokashvili, researched, studied and collected unique Georgian varieties. Interest in Georgian vines has increased outside the country as well.

“Wine Kakheti” was created precisely in order not to lose a unique experience: to produce premium quality wine using ancient, experienced methods and innovative technologies; And on an international scale, all wine lovers will be given the opportunity to taste real Georgian wine.

The company owns one of the largest productive wineries in the country, which already serves the Kakheti region at full capacity. The factory is equipped with the highest quality techniques of European and American production.
